Professional Experience
At RBL Bank, I acted as the primary point of contact for resolving over 20 internal technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to branch operations. I provided direct IT support to staff, troubleshooting systems, printers, and basic software concerns. I also verified backend transactions such as NEFT, RTGS, and cheque processing through system-level checks, maintaining accuracy and reliability across financial operations.
In addition, I created and maintained operational reports using Excel, further developing my skills in documentation and data handling. I actively supported internal process improvements by identifying and resolving tech-related bottlenecks, which contributed to smoother workflows and increased team efficiency.
